HOW PROGRESSIVE PT WORKS

All of our sessions are 1-on-1, 60-minute sessions where you work with the same PT throughout your plan of care. No more getting passed off to a technician or assistant each session. Our PT's want to develop a relationship with you and oversee exactly what needs to be done for each session. In our sessions we combine manual therapy, strength training, and progressive modalities like dry needling to get you out of pain and back your favorite activity!

Step 2: 60 MINUTE EVALUATION

In your 60-minute evaluation, we look beyond the pain to assess your whole body, and identify root causes. This evaluation isn't just about temporary relief; it's about crafting a personalized plan to get you back to what you love. 

 

Phase 1: CALM

The first few sessions with us will be focused on calming your pain. In these sessions we will combine manual techniques with corrective movements to help you get out of pain and back to daily activities.

 

Phase 2: CORRECT

The next several sessions we will transition focus from calming your pain to correcting the underlying root cause that we identify in our initial evaluation. We do this through addressing muscle imbalances, mobility and flexibility, as well as begin more activity specific corrective exercises. 

 

Phase 3: CONQUER

In our final few sessions our goal is to help you begin to achieve progress independently, so you’re not relying on us as much. In this phase, we'll teach you the tools to sustain pain-free activity for the long-term!
