What is it?

Our Everyday Athlete Remote Coaching program is individualized a online strength-biased fitness program built for active adults like yourself, who are currently working through or have worked through an injury and are looking for an exercise program catered to your body's individual needs. 


What you get 

Intentionally-designed fitness training by a Health and Wellness professional working side-by-side with your Doctor of Physical Therapy to complement the activity you're already doing and striving to improve. This program is built to help you make quicker progress toward your fitness goals, with your individual injury history and long-term health and wellness goals in mind.

 

Quarterly fitness assessments: This is an objective way to assess your progress, and help you achieve your goals. We will measure strength-balance, flexibility and mobility, and other health markers to keep you in tip top shape! 

 

Accountability: We're here to support you on every step of your fitness journey. We utilize an online weekly Active Life Check-in to keep you on track and empower you to make conscious health choices to crush your long term goals. 

 

Digital Access: Frequent Traveler? No Worries.  Access to your workouts run through our on-line app True Coach, with the ability for travel-friendly options that require minimal to no equipment. Just give you Coach a little heads up before you head out.

 

Exclusive Discounts! FUNctional Conditioning Members are eligible for our MOST discounted session rates ($190/session vs. $250/session for non-members) , for additional one-on-one physical therapy sessions for themselves and immediate family household members. 

 

How much is it?

$250/month - Minimum Three Month Commitment
